1985

Founding of TGM  by Udo Abel as a consultancy, training and coaching company with a deeply embedded humanistic culture.
Target customers: Car showrooms and authorised dealerships of Adam Opel AG.
Breakthrough achieved by means of the development and implementation of the Direct Reception System by Udo Abel.

1986

Development of TGM After sales Planning & Control System (ASP&C) for lasting commercial management of the after sales area.
 
Successful linking of after sales process training activities with dealership DMS applications.

1988

Development and application of TGM ASP&C as a monitoring tool for measurement of “return on consulting”.

1993

Development and establishment of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) for automotive sales organisations.
